The Pillow Everyone Is Talking About!

*Due to the overwhelming demand for the SpineAlign® Pillow, and now circumstances that are beyond our control due to Covid-19, we are currently back ordered. We hope to have the new look SpineAlign® Pillow in stock and ready to ship in June. We apologize for any inconvenience but look forward to serving you in the near future. The cost of the SpineAlign® Pillow is $149. Thank you for your patience and patronage!

The SpineAlign® Pillow has been designed with two sleep systems in one - side sleepers use the outer chambers of the pillow, while back sleepers use the center of the pillow. Both systems are perfect for helping you achieve correct sleeping posture. You will find a larger side and smaller side on the same pillow, to accommodate people of all sizes. All of our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified which means they are free from things like ozone depleters, flame retardants, mercury, lead, and other harmful chemicals.
Now to the question that everyone is asking. "My SpineAlign® Pillow doesn't have much fill in the middle chamber. Is it defective?" Not to worry, your pillow is not defective! This is an intentional design with a purpose. The problem with most pillows is that they push your head forward as you sleep. When this happens, there is a tremendous amount of stress placed on your head, neck and cervical spine. When you sleep on your back, you want your neck to be supported because your cervical spine has a natural curve. After sleeping on an ordinary pillow for years, your neck can lose that curve and begin to straighten into what's known as "military neck". Once your neck straightens out, you could develop different and unwanted symptoms like headaches/migraines, numbness and tingling in your extremities, head, neck and back pain, etc. When you sleep on your back, you want your neck to be fully supported and the back of your head should be touching, or extremely close to, your mattress. This is why people who can't find a supportive pillow but want to sleep in correct posture will put a rolled up towel under their neck to support it while letting their head fall back to the mattress. Until the inception of the SpineAlign® Pillow, a rolled up towel was the best option, but as you might imagine, it was anything but comfortable. Thankfully the SpineAlign® Pillow is here to offer a solution!

Fully Adjustable To Your Body

Strategically placed zippers on the back of the pillow allow you to add or remove a proprietary blend of CertiPUR-US® fill to customize it to your specific fit.

Comfort & Breathability

The outer covering of the SpineAlign® pillow is comprised of a soft polyester fabric with strips of mesh built in the sides of the pillow for better breathability and comfort as you sleep.

Healthy &

We use some of the highest quality materials available, and our internal fill has no toxic chemicals found in most pillows on the market today. We are also CertiPUR-US® certified.

It is very important to give yourself a minimum of 30 days to allow your body to adjust to the pillow. Years of sleeping with poor posture cannot be instantly reversed. We have an extremely generous return policy (60 days) but we do require that you give your body a minimum of 30 nights to adjust to sleeping correctly.
