Return Policy

Mattresses

100-Night Trial

Your purchase includes a 100-night trial period but we do ask that you sleep on your SpineAlign® mattress for at least 30 nights. This allows your body enough time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress. Remember that it’s normal for your body to need time to adjust to a new mattress. If you choose to return or exchange your mattress before the initial 30 nights are up, you may be charged an early return fee.

 If you decide the mattress isn't working for you after 30 days, you can either exchange it for another mattress within the first 100 days or we can process a return for your original purchase price. If you choose to do an exchange, you will first have to donate your original mattress and provide us with a copy of the donation receipt. Note: If you choose to do an exchange, the second mattress will be non-refundable. And similarly, if you opt for a return, we ask that you donate the mattress to a local charity and provide us with a copy of the receipt. For either an exchange or a return, please contact us first at info@spinealign.com before beginning the return process. Our 100-night return policy and 10-year limited warranty are both voided once any SpineAlign® mattress leaves the US or is no longer in the possession of the original purchaser.


Pillows

60-Night Trial

We're confident that you'll love your SpineAlign® Pillow, but if for some reason you don't, you have up to 60 days to return it to us and we will refund 100% of your original purchase price, (less all S&H costs). 

IMPORTANT! We ask that you sleep on your pillow for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a return. Any returns before the 30 night trial could result in a 25% re-stocking fee. The 30 night trial allows your body ample time to adjust to the feel of sleeping in correct posture, something that most people have never experienced and can take a little time to get used to. This is similar to going to the gym for the first time. Your body needs time to adapt, but when it does, you feel much better. If after 30 nights you decide the pillow isn't right for you, all you need to do is email us at info@spinealign.com so we can process your return request.


Please be advised that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All Other Products

We offer a standard 30-day return policy for all other unopened products. All opened bottles of Essential Oils or Supplements are non-refundable.
