You may initiate your return request by contacting us at email@example.com. Once approved for return, you have 30 days to complete the process. After 30 days, return privileges are forfeited.
Your mattress is eligible for return after the required 30 day adjustment period and within 100 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original purchase payment method, no exceptions. Early returns of both new, (still in the box), and used mattresses will incur a 25% early return fee which will be subtracted from your refund. To return your mattress, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will request pictures of your mattress, both sides of the legal tag, as well as additional information about the base that supports your mattress. Foundations that do not meet the minimum requirements for support will be denied a return. The use of flexible foundations, bowed slat foundations, and old, worn out traditional box springs will void all return, exchange and warranty privileges. All slatted foundations must have a maximum of a four inch gap between each non-flexible slat and must be present to properly support a mattress and achieve the intended comfort level. We highly recommend that you purchase a new foundation every time you purchase a new mattress so that you can be assured you're getting proper support. Any damage to the mattress (e.g. stains, rips, tears, etc.), will void the return policy and you will not be eligible for a refund. Once approved for return, you will need to either donate or dispose of your mattress. If your return request has been approved, you will have 30 days from the approval date to complete the return process. If the return has not been completed in that time frame, the return will be void and you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Once your donation/disposal is complete, please email your donation/disposal receipt to email@example.com for verification. We’ll process a refund to your original purchase payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to process fully back to your account.
Yes, we offer a 45 day return policy. However, we do ask that you sleep on your pillow for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a return. Any returns before the 30-night trial is over will result in a 25% re-stocking fee. The 30-night trial allows your body ample time to adjust to the feel of sleeping in correct posture, something that most people have never experienced and can take a little time to get used to. This is similar to going to the gym for the first time. Your muscles are sore for a little while until they are used on a regular basis. Your body also may need time to adapt to your new pillow since most people have never slept in correct posture. If after sleeping on the pillow for 30 nights you decide the pillow isn't right for you, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can start the return process. Any damage to the pillow, (i.e. tears, rips, stains, damaged material from the washer and/or dryer, etc.), would automatically void the return policy. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once approval is granted, you would have 2 weeks from approval date to return the pillow to be eligible for a refund.

All SpineAlign® sheet sets and mattress protectors may be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. In order to start the return process, please email us and once approved for a return, we'll supply you with return instructions. Any damage to the product would automatically void the return policy.
