Identifying The Problem                                                                 info@spinealign.com

Hi, I'm Dr. Jason Loth, Inventor of Dr. Loth’s SpineAlign® Pillow. I’d like to personally thank you for visiting our website and investing in your health. After personally testing and recommending multiple pillows over my last 17 years in practice, I was extremely frustrated that I couldn’t find a pillow that was comfortable, which not only kept me in correct posture in both the side and back positions, but also my patients of all different sizes. I felt the need to help my patients that were struggling with similar positional sleeping postures find a solution. Dr. Loth’s SpineAlign® Pillow is not just another ordinary pillow. Instead, I insisted on designing a superior pillow that would help as many people as I possibly could. I've spent my entire career as a sports chiropractor wanting nothing but the best for my patients and I wanted to design a pillow that I could whole-heartedly recommend to them and that's exactly what I've done! I also highly recommend sleeping on a supportive mattress.

Here are some of the reasons that most pillows don’t work:

  1. Most pillows use non-conforming materials that don’t support the head and neck in correct posture.
  2. Most pillows don’t allow correct posture in both the side and back position; some may work for one position, but not both. Each of these positions requires different sizes and areas of support.
  3. Most pillows have improper biomechanical/orthopedic design, (i.e. how the pillow is designed to contour the spine).
  4. The pillow is the wrong size for the person; every person is unique in shape and size.

Don’t be fooled by deceptive marketing from manufacturers that state that their pillows keep you in correct posture. Unfortunately, most don’t.  But don’t take my word for it, test them for yourself to see and feel the difference.

Unfortunately, most people sleep with poor posture and this is one of the biggest causes of physical stress on the body while sleeping.  Poor posture can lead to improper function of the joints, nerves, muscles, ligaments, and discs of the spine.  The longer you are in poor posture, the more damage that can occur.  Dysfunction of the spine and associated musculature could possibly lead to osteoarthritis, disc herniations, headaches, muscle strain and tightness, tingling in the arms and hands, insomnia, and some pains in the neck, and back.

I don’t believe that my SpineAlign®Pillow will work for every single person. Nothing does. However, I truly believe and am convinced that this pillow will work for the vast majority of people.

The Solution- How Dr. Loth’s SpineAlign® Pillow is different than all other pillows.

The SpineAlign® Pillow helps you achieve correct sleeping posture by allowing you to move the conforming and proprietary internal fill throughout the side and back sleeping chambers of the pillow to achieve your exact fit. With the forgiving shredded internal material and the flexibility of the outer soft Tencel material put into a contouring patented design, the SpineAlign® Pillow allows you to customize your correct sleeping posture.

Stomach sleeping is never recommended because it's impossible to achieve correct posture in this position.
