Yes! All SpineAlign mattresses are made right here in the USA! 

What is your warranty policy?

When will I receive my SpineAlign mattress?

The average timeframe is approximately 3-7 business days to build and ship a mattress. All of our mattresses are built-to-order so this timeframe includes the time it takes to build your bed and ship it. Depending on where you live in the Country, it will take an additional 2-5 days for travel time.

What is the weight capacity for SpineAlign mattresses?

SpineAlign mattresses will support up to 850 pounds.

What are the shipping box dimensions?

How is my mattress shipped?

All mattresses are shipped FedEx Ground from the US West Coast.

What type of foundation should I use for my new mattress?

We recommend replacing your mattress foundation each time you purchase a new mattress. This way you are guaranteed that your new mattress will perform as designed. Make sure all slatted foundations have a maximum of a four inch gap between each non-flexible slat to properly support the mattress and achieve the intended comfort level. SpineAlign offers a couple of different foundations to choose from here (https://www.spinealign.com/collections/bases).

How do I unbox my new mattress?

We recommend that you bring the box into the room where you will set up your new mattress. Then, follow these steps.

1. Unbox your mattress on its side, next to the foundation or floor. Avoid using a sharp object to open the box as you run the risk of unintentionally slicing your mattress.

2. Position your rolled up mattress on any solid or slatted foundation and remove the outer layer of plastic wrap.

You'll notice that your mattress has already started to expand at this point.

3. Unwrap and unfold the mattress and tear away the inner plastic. If you tear the inner plastic at the top of the bed, you can pull it straight down and off like a sock.

4. Watch your mattress expand and take shape.

Note: It may take up to an hour for your mattress to fully expand and a few days to fully firm up. Any slight odor will dissipate shortly after setup.

What are the measurements & dimensions?

The pillow comes in one size, measurements and dimensions below. We refer to this as a one-size-fits-most pillow because of its ability to be perfectly customized to fit your specific head and neck.

What is the construction and materials used in the pillow?

• 100% Polyester cover w/ mesh strips
• 100% CertiPUR-US® shredded polyurethane foam fill
• 3 zippered chambers on back of pillow to adjust or remove fill

How do I adjust my new pillow?

Our pillow is designed with 3 zippered chambers, one on the left side, one on the center, and one on the right side. All zippers are on the back of the pillow. Simply unzip each chamber and maneuver or remove fill as necessary. It may take a few tries to get the perfect fit, but this is typical. Try adjusting for a few nights if necessary, then remove fill as needed or desired. Is the internal shredded foam safe & non-toxic?

Yes, all of our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, which means they are non-toxic and have gone through rigorous 3rd party testing to ensure safety for consumers.

Is this a good pillow for stomach sleepers?

The short answer is no and here's why. Your head, neck and spine are not in a neutral position when you sleep on your stomach, which means proper spinal alignment is impossible to maintain. The SpineAlign Pillow was designed for back and side sleepers -- which we consider the healthiest way to sleep.

If I don't like the pillow, can I return it?

Yes, we offer a 45 day return policy. However, we do ask that you sleep on your pillow for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a return. Any returns before the 30-night trial is over will result in a 25% re-stocking fee. The 30-night trial allows your body ample time to adjust to the feel of sleeping in correct posture, something that most people have never experienced and can take a little time to get used to. This is similar to going to the gym for the first time. Your muscles are sore for a little while until they are used on a regular basis. Your body also may need time to adapt to your new pillow since most people have never slept in correct posture. If after sleeping on the pillow for 30 nights you decide the pillow isn't right for you, just email us at info@spinealign.com with your order number so we can start the return process. Any damage to the pillow, (i.e. tears, rips, stains, damaged material from the washer and/or dryer, etc.), would automatically void the return policy. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once approval is granted, you would have 2 weeks from approval date to return the pillow to be eligible for a refund.

Is the SpineAlign pillow machine washable and dryable?

The short answer is no. Most pillows that are machine washable and dryable are made with very inexpensive materials and we wanted to make sure that we used the finest materials available for the finest pillow available. We recommend that you use a king size pillowcase to protect your pillow and wash the pillowcase on a regular basis. If you happen to spill something on your pillow, you can spot treat those areas with soap and water and let the pillow air dry.

What type of pillowcase should I use?

We recommend using a King size pillowcase. If you use a pillowcase that's too small and fits the pillow too tight, the pillow will not function as it's designed to which means that you won't get the desired effect.

What if I want extra foam for my pillow?

In the rare event that you would like extra foam for your pillow, we do offer this as an option. You can email us at info@spinealign.com and request this. Each extra bag of fill is $32.00 which includes all shipping costs. The foam allocation crisis has made the price of foam rise rapidly. We highly recommend sleeping on your pillow for at least a couple of weeks before requesting more fill. Most people don't need it but if you're someone who just wants more, we are happy to help. Please note that all purchases of extra fill are non-refundable.

What is the pillow warranty policy?

The SpineAlign® pillow comes with a 1-year warranty which would cover any manufacturer defects. Please note that any tears, rips, stains, washing and/or drying the pillow would completely void the warranty. Please contact us at info@spinealign.com for all warranty requests.

Are bedding accessories returnable?

All SpineAlign® sheet sets and mattress protectors may be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. In order to start the return process, please email us and once approved for a return, we'll supply you with return instructions. Any damage to the product would automatically void the return policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All SpineAlign products include free shipping.

Do you have any retail locations?

As a way to keep costs down for our customers, SpineAlign does not have any retail showrooms. The overhead costs from retail space would cause us to raise our prices and we do our best to offer the best products at the best prices. The good news is that we do have generous trial periods, (100 nights for our mattress and 60 nights for our pillow).

What is the return policy for free products?

If you purchase a product during a "buy x get y" sale, all products would need to be returned to be eligible for a full refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Example of this type of sale: Purchase a mattress and get a free set of sheets. If you wanted to return the mattress, you would also need to return the sheets. If you returned the mattress without the sheets, you would be charged the full price of the sheets. The same would be true for any "buy x get y" sale.
