Your Pillow, Your Posture and Your Sleep

Your Pillow, Your Posture and Your Sleep

Normally when we hear about millions of people being affected by something, the first thing that comes to mind might be cancer, some sort of addiction or even homelessness. But believe it or not, depending on what source you're listening to, there are millions of people who suffer from insomnia which I find astounding. I can't imagine what it's like to not be able to sleep night after night and then try to get through the next day with virtually no sleep. I'm one of those people who needs proper sleep or I just can't function. There are lots of different reasons why people suffer from insomnia; too hot and uncomfortable, in pain, bedroom isn't dark enough, stress, etc, etc, etc. But it's also noteworthy that poor sleeping posture is another big reason. I think many more people are conscious about correct posture when they walk and sit, but when it comes time to go to bed, they just plop down on their mattress and put their head on the same ordinary pillow they've been using for years. And because there are so many people who suffer in pain from insomnia due to poor sleeping posture, I want to introduce you to a very different kind of pillow that's getting some very high praise from some very satisfied customers. We have had people ask us to do an infomercial for our pillow and we thought about it but decided that we don't want to go that route. We're not used car salesmen, we just want to help as many people as possible sleep better. Is this a "magic" pillow? Definitely not. Will it help 100% of everyone who uses it? Again, definitely not. But could it help millions of people who suffer from insomnia due to poor sleeping posture? Absolutely, and we are seeing lots of very positive testimonials from people who are no longer suffering due to sleeping on Dr. Loth's SpineAlign Pillow™ and we couldn't be happier! It's our goal to help as many people as possible get back to sleeping comfortably through the night and waking up rested and ready to start a new day.
